Q: Do you only work with Shopify brands?

Yes. We’re a Shopify Premier Partner, and every store we build and optimise runs on Shopify or Shopify Plus. If you’re on another platform, we can move you across as part of a theme build.

DTC brands scaling through seven, eight and nine figures, plus startups getting ready to launch on Shopify. Theme builds work at any stage. The growth retainer works best once you have enough traffic to run tests properly

Q: Should I start with a theme build or a growth retainer?

If your store is holding you back, or you’re moving to Shopify, start with a build. If the store is solid but your traffic isn’t converting the way it should, start with the retainer. Plenty of brands do both over time. We’ll tell you which one makes sense on the first call.

Q: How much of my team’s time will this take?

Very little. After onboarding, we run research, design, development and testing on our side, and you sign off the big decisions. Day to day, we talk over a shared Slack channel, so questions get answered without booking a meeting, and every sprint you get an update on what’s live, what’s being tested and what we’ve learned

Q: How does Atlas AI fit into the work?

Atlas plugs into your marketing stack to spot trends and suggest tests, gets landing pages live in hours, and runs dev agents trained on our own coding standards. Our team still sets the strategy and signs off every piece of work. Atlas handles the speed, and the time it saves goes into your next test.

Q: How soon will I see results?

For theme builds, from launch day, and we track performance against your old store. On a retainer, how fast results come in depends on your traffic. More visitors means each test reaches a reliable result sooner, so higher-traffic stores see answers in weeks, and smaller stores need longer per test. We’ll give you a realistic timeline on the first call, based on your numbers. Across our winning tests, the average conversion uplift is 15.6%.
