Eleat sells on performance, so its site has to as well. They brought us in to make the store earn more from the traffic it already had.
Before us, Eleat worked with an agency focused on designing and managing the site. That work kept the store running and looking right, but there was no read on what each change did for the numbers. For a brand that sells on performance, that is where we come in.
Our starting point is always the customer. We build personas from real customer data, then rework the site page by page around the buyer who is actually converting.

The offer came first. Before touching copy or layout, Eleat needed a hero product offer that could stand up to cold traffic and hold its economics as ad spend scaled, so we reworked the offer structure and bundle frequency around that.
Then the messaging. We read Eleat’s reviews and customer surveys in Atlas to find the language buyers already used, and rebuilt the on-site copy around it. We started with Meta, the largest traffic source, so the page matched what the ad promised.
Last, returning customers. Most arrive through the homepage, where the main calls to action were sending people to a thin shop page. We pointed those routes, and shop by category, straight to the landing pages that earn the most per visitor.
Revenue per session rose 130%, from £1.96 to £4.51, and the returning customer rate rose to 52%. The buyer converting best was not the one the site had been written for. Rebuilding the messaging around them lifted conversion and revenue per session on the same traffic.
